Personalized Digital & Printed Products

All VComics products are created individually based on the text information provided by the customer. Each comic is a custom-made product and cannot be resold or reused.

For this reason, returns and refunds are not available once the creation process has started, in accordance with EU consumer law for personalized goods (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16).

Please carefully review all submitted information (story, characters, language, and preferences) before placing your order.

Exceptions

If there is a technical issue caused by us (such as missing pages, printing defects, or file errors), we will review the case and may offer a remake or partial refund where appropriate.

Refunds are not provided if the comic does not match personal taste or expectations.
